DH-Jiaolong pre-printing machine showed at the Shanghai 2019 SINO Corrugated Exhibition.

From April 8th to 11th, 2019, DH showed the 8 color Jiaolong pre-printing flexo printing machine at the 2019 SINO Corrugated exhibition. The machine printing width is 1800mm and maximum repeat length is 1900mm. It is equipped with a closed chamber inking system, servo pressure adjustment, independent servo drive for each printing station, automatic paper splicing unwinding & rewinding etc.

This model is mainly for the flexographic pre-printing market. The printing products are mainly surface paper for corrugated box such as beverage boxes and fruit boxes.

Compared with traditional post printing, pre-printing can effectively increase the corrugation strength and avoid the wash board phenomenon. In addition, pre-printing can print products above 100LPI, and the print quality is much higher than post-printing.

DH entered the pre-printing market many years ago and has installed many pre-printed flexo presses in China and overseas to help customers further develop the local high-end corrugated box market.
