Since many CI flexo printing machine works with solvent ink and the printing section is relatively close, there is a risk for fire. In order to avoid fire, printing house should pay attention to:
- Should pay close attention to the printing section especially during stage of deck positioning and machine speed up.
2. When see fire, cut off power and compress immediately.
3. When more than 2 color station are on fire, should use fire hose asap.
4. Every machine should have at least ten 4kg extinguisher and two 24kg fire extinguisher. Dry powder fire extinguisher is suggested.
5. Suggest to install temperature sensor in printing section.
6. Suggest to install automatic CO2 sprinkler device
7. Suggest to install automatic humidity regulation device to maintain workshop humidity at 60% or above.
8. Install static-electricity elimination device before film goes into printing section.
9. Electric conductivity of bridge and sleeve should match with each other.
10. When machine is running, the electrostatic voltage of sleeve, film and plate should lower than 5kv.
