The first thing to improve is the availability of equipment. We believe that the availability of flexo machines is affected by several factors.
Work replacement speed. Different flexo machines have a big difference in product replacement efficiency. Take the eight-color machine as an example. Some replacement products only take 40–60 minutes, while others require more than one day. This is mainly due to the degree of automation of the equipment. Taking the DH OFEM CI flexo machine as an example, because it uses a full-sleeve, full-servo design, there is a clear advantage in product replacement speed. In addition, users can store working data in the system and can directly call it later to further increase work efficiency.
Equipment cleaning. The cleaning of the Flexo machine is also a factor that affects the work efficiency. The degree of perfection of the alarm information. Flexo machine will inevitably have various problems in the process of use, whether the user can quickly locate the fault point is an important factor to improve the machine availability.
