New DH flexographic press is  ready for delivery to customer for paper printing. Servo motor drive, chamber inking system and semi-automatic inking and cleaning system (automatic version as optional).

This flexo press has 7 printing station and each station is driven by independent servo motor. This offers a faster register setting and response. It also equipped with pre-register function to lower down paper waste.

Meanwhile, this machine has auto splicing unwinder and rewinder system. It is a butt splice system which can splice at 150m/min (higher speed as optional). Since it is butt splice, there is no risk to hurt printing plate by the joint.

In order to make machine easy to operate, DH installed semi-auto inking and cleaning system for it. This system will connect to clean water supplement and make anilox roller cleaning more easy. the used water will be collected with another pipe and waiting for treatment. This function not only make machine operation more easy and also makes it more environment friendly.
